The first festival was held in 2006 in the club called Akvarium in Minsk.
The next year we chose the smaller hall of the Palace of the Republic as the venue for Minsk Blues Festival 2007.
In 2008 the fest went international as bands from Poland, Lithuania, Ukraine shared the bill with the best Belarusian bluesmen.
